Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations with electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• 3+ years of implementing safety standards experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in supporting NPI/NPD design related to product compliance.
• Experience with international certification.
• Experience applying functional safety in machinery applications.

Responsibilities

• Own safety compliance strategy for new product introduction and sustaining programs across global markets.
• Partner with hardware development teams during design reviews to identify safety risks and ensure first-time test pass rates.
• Serve as primary technical interface with NRTLs and Notified Bodies, managing test plans and approvals.
• Perform root cause analysis with ODM partners and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Build and maintain a scalable compliance framework with templates, checklists, and documentation.
• Develop and track metrics on certification pipeline health, cycle times, and risk areas.
• Stay current on evolving global safety regulations and assess impact on product roadmap.
