Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead global product compliance for datacenter infrastructure, ensuring safety, EMC, energy, and material compliance across markets.

You will partner with Datacenter Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Supply Chain to build scalable compliance processes, align milestones, and drive on-time regional launches while reducing cycle times for certifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end compliance program ownership for AWS datacenter infrastructure equipment ensuring safety, EMC, security, energy efficiency and material compliance globally.
• Drive compliance spec development and execution for infrastructure products, defining requirements, test plans, certification timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the compliance critical path and strategy for AWS hardware deployments, identify risks, resolve blockers, and meet milestones for regional launches.
• Provide compliance engineering support during New Product Introduction (NPI) collaborating with hardware engineering teams.
• Collaborate across Datacenter Engineering, Hardware Engineering, AWS Infra Service Supply Chain, Compliance Engineers, Regulatory Analysts, Legal, Trade Strategy, and Health & Safety to implement specs.
