Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with hardware Bills of Materials (BOMs), component-level analysis, and material lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management for server and networking hardware fulfillment, coordinating with internal functions, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end product execution including Customer Interface, Product Strategic Planning, Material Planning, and Performance Management.
• Manage change across multiple stakeholder groups including material owners, external partners, and AIS supply chain system users.
• Develop dashboards and automation systems providing real-time visibility into build plan performance, material status, and production metrics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive resolution of complex issues.
• Lead executive communications and status reporting to senior leadership.
