Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Quality Program Manager to lead the Global Stop Ship and Purge program across its hardware supply chain. You will guide quality program applications, containment, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and closure with end-to-end leadership.

The role requires deep experience in complex hardware supply chains and collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, and data-center operations to ensure audit-ready records and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong quality program-management experience in manufacturing or hardware supply chains.
• Experience leading high-priority quality events from containment through release.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and corrective action processes.
• Ability to collaborate with external manufacturers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Oracle’s Global Non-conformance program for hardware products and supply-chain quality events.
• Lead lifecycle of critical quality issues from identification to formal closure.
• Establish decision gates for stopping, holding, purging, releasing, and restarting products.
• Coordinate rapid-response and Tiger Team activities across multiple functions.
• Ensure quality events are managed with consistent processes, documentation, and approvals.
• Maintain traceability and audit-ready records for quality actions.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action training and promote failure-analysis methodologies.
• Engage with manufacturing, product-design, services, and customers to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Define, track, analyze, and report quality metrics and program health.
• Present risks and recovery plans to senior leadership.
