Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Global H&S Program Manager for Data Center Construction. You will author and deploy safety programs, standards, and tooling across global data centers, working with multiple orgs to improve health and safety performance.

You will lead governance, track KPIs, and manage regulatory alignment while traveling up to 25% to sites worldwide. A strong background in safety management and program development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in compliance, audit or risk management.
• Experience developing and implementing standards, policies and programs.
• Experience leveraging lean/Six Sigma to drive improvements.
• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Author comprehensive H&S programs, policies, standards, tools for AWS safety.
• Structure H&S management system to AWS Safety Program governance and ISO 45001.
• Identify gaps and prioritize needs across Leadership, Planning, Support, Controls, Performance, Improvement.
• Ensure program compliance with regulatory jurisdictions and AWS policies.
• Align global strategy and regionalize H&S documentation and deployment plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly program deployment reports.
