Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Worldwide GTM Specialist to drive SQL Server, Data & AI GTM initiatives globally. You will own migration pipelines, build field motions, and shape enablement programs that turn investment into customer workloads.

In this high-visibility role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, craft competitive narratives, and measure outcomes across Created ARR, Launched ARR, and win rates, delivering insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data & AI tech (AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases or storage).
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Owns the SQL Server migration pipeline: Created ARR, Launched ARR, pipeline velocity, and win rates.
• Field enablement at scale: migration playbooks, licensing workshops, competitive battle cards, discovery scripts, and prospecting content.
• Builds competitive positioning: why migrate now and why AWS over competitors, grounded in economics and customer proof points.
• Influences product roadmap: synthesizes field feedback and customer requests into input for product/engineering.
• Tracks metrics and reports to leadership with weekly/monthly reviews.
