Synopsys is seeking an analytics leader who can turn imperfect data into decisions executives can act on. You’ll lead GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and Analytics across a global organization, translating complex questions into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

You will shape analytics strategy, build executive-facing dashboards, and drive data governance to ensure trusted data for planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics, data science, BI, customer data management, or go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and GTM Data Analytics and Strategy teams globally.
• Define analytics roadmaps and priorities to support planning, forecasting, segmentation, and strategic decisions.
• Build executive dashboards and reporting that reveal what works and where to focus.
• Oversee data governance for GTM data to ensure trust and consistency.
• Translate business questions from sales, marketing, and operations into analytical approaches with actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends and risks across GTM performance and inform strategy and resource allocation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align metrics and improve data activation.
