Job summary

AppLovin in Burlingame, CA is seeking a Security Specialist to support global operations. This in-office role requires monitoring security systems, incident response, patrols, and coordination with vendors, with a Sunday-Thursday schedule to cover APAC and EU hours.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in GSOC/security, California Security Guard license, proficiency with Avigilon Alta, OpenPath, Ava Aware, Lenel, Ccure, Milestone, Genetec, plus MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in GSOC/Security Specialist role.
• California Security Guard license mandatory.
• Proficient with security software and technologies listed.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for GSOC Manager during absences.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control; generate reports.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Train/retains GSOC Operators for weekend/night shifts.
• On-site security at reception, conduct risk assessments and daily patrols.
