Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Global Program Manager for GSI Partnerships to operationalize its global engagement model and align global and regional teams, executives, and GTM functions to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, agile, and capable of driving consensus across a lean, cross-functional environment to achieve partnership objectives with GSIs or large consulting firms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, partner programs, alliances, or cross-functional program management.

Responsibilities

• Define regional and global partner investment and growth plans.
• Maintain the global operating model for GSIs with governance and tracking.
• Translate 30/60/90-day objectives into workstreams, milestones and owners.
• Create a global RACI, org chart, and regional alignment matrix.
• Coordinate with regional partner leadership and internal teams.
• Prepare and follow up for global GSI calls with agendas and action items.
• Identify capability gaps and resourcing needs to scale the GSI motion.
• Manage program reporting, KPI tracking, and executive updates.
• Build repeatable assets and processes to improve partner activation and coordination.
