Job summary

vCluster Labs seeks a VP, Global Growth Marketing to build a global growth engine that links market awareness to predictable pipeline. You will own strategy, team, budget and systems across ABM, field marketing, digital demand and marketing operations.

You will lead global demand, ABM and field programs, drive digital growth and conversion, and build a data-driven marketing operations backbone with revenue alignment. A builder’s mindset is essential to scale with purpose.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with leadership in demand generation, growth or revenue marketing at high-growth enterprise tech companies.
• Proven track record owning pipeline targets and marketing budgets with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Deep expertise in ABM, enterprise demand gen, digital acquisition and field marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own global demand strategy, pipeline targets, budget and performance across enterprise and AI infrastructure markets.
• Build and scale a global ABM motion and field programs across North America, EMEA and priority markets.
• Own paid search, paid social, retargeting and website conversion; manage agencies to ROI targets.
• Build marketing ops foundation: funnel architecture, lifecycle definitions, attribution, lead routing and dashboards.
• Lead a global team covering demand gen, ABM, field, events and marketing ops with clear ownership and rhythms.
• Set growth strategy in first 30 days and deliver a repeatable pipeline engine within 3–6 months.
