Job summary

Scale Army is seeking a marketing leader to own all marketing disciplines for US-based client work while coordinating with leadership on a data-driven growth strategy. You will build and manage a cross-functional team across paid media, creative, conversion, brand, content, and SEO, driving CAC, MQL/SQL costs, and pipeline quality.

You’ll work with leadership to set strategy, bridge between marketing and sales, and develop an AI-native operating model with dashboards and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth experience, including at least 3 years in paid media and at least 4 years in management.
• Experience leading B2B growth for services or sales-led software; focus on booked/held meetings, not self-serve.
• Proven ability to manage a paid media budget across multiple channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X).
• Strong funnel math skills: CAC, conversion rates by stage, spend forecasting.
• Hands-on with CRO, sales enablement, and collaborating with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own all marketing functions: paid media, creative, conversion, brand, content, and SEO.
• Build and lead a six-to-eight person team across four lanes.
• Set marketing strategy with leadership and own the resulting metrics (CAC, MQL/SQL cost, pipeline).
• Align marketing with sales; weekly feedback loops on lead quality and messaging.
• Develop AI-native operations: dashboards, automations, and reusable agents.
• Lead SEO direction with an agency and oversee organic growth.
