Job summary

Scale Army is a staffing and AI services business that helps B2B companies generate pipeline through paid media. The leader will shape marketing strategy across paid media, creative, conversion, brand/content, and SEO, while building an AI-native team.

The role leads a flat team of six to eight, hires a Senior Content Marketing Manager, and aligns work with the CEO. This remote position follows East Coast hours and offers a $4,000–$5,000 monthly compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth leadership in B2B services or sales-led software.
• Experience owning $50K+/month paid media budgets.
• Strong funnel math and analytics.
• Advanced AI fluency beyond prompting.
