Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, growth, capture, program strategy, or related roles supporting international government or commercial space customers.
• Experience shaping or executing complex technical programs for sovereign or international customers with knowledge of international space markets and procurement dynamics.
• Ability to work in-person in Los Angeles or Washington, DC; ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development and growth across Northwood's international customer base, from early engagement to contract award and expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with foreign government space agencies, sovereign programs, and allied commercial operators at executive and procurement levels.
• Create and execute account and campaign strategies for international customers, sovereign opportunities, and global partnerships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities aligned to Northwood's capabilities in sovereign space communications, ground infrastructure, and international market access.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, mission management, and leadership to translate international needs into strategy and execution.
• Provide insights into international space market dynamics, export controls, funding structures, and customer requirements to inform product direction.
