Job summary

Elevation Capital is seeking a strategic Group COO / CFO to translate founder vision into scalable, multi-_entity execution across diverse industries including real estate, investments, and operating companies.

You will own group-wide operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and capital planning, while leading cross-functional teams and aligning performance with the group’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years' executive experience as COO, CFO, President, or similar in complex, multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, develop and execute founder vision to reality.
• Own group-wide operations across business units, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance.
• Lead execution of real estate and land development projects for personal residence to commercial projects.
• Oversee all financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management across the portfolio.
• Lead strategic tax planning, entity structuring, and capital allocation.
• Acquisition and oversight for the support and service leadership staff of the family office including global travel, asset management (estates, marine assets), staffing etc
• Manage external counsel relationships, legal workflows, risk, and compliance.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and leadership performance systems across the group.
• Oversee investment diligence, modeling, acquisition integration, and pre-exit capital strategies.
• Launch and operationalize new business units; act as founder proxy where needed.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure to support growth from hundreds of millions to billions in enterprise value.
• Partner with bankers, investors, and potential acquirers on fundraising and exit preparation.
