Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing Finance, HR, and IT across a multi-site organization.
• Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Strengthen controls, processes, and performance metrics with timely insights.
• Oversee cash flow, AR/AP, and relationships with external partners.
• Translate financial results into actionable guidance for leadership.
• Support growth initiatives including acquisitions and mergers.
