You will handle complex bookings for air, car, hotel, and ground transportation, manage profiles, and respond to inquiries by phone or email while ensuring policy compliance and optimal fares.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sabre GDS proficiency in a corporate travel role.
• Experience with group air blocks and contracts.
• Experience with international itineraries and rate structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client service focus.
• Proficient with MS Office and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international reservations for air, car, hotel, and ground transport.
• Advise travelers on travel requirements, including visas and costs.
• Receive inquiries via phone, email, and forms to complete requests.
• Manage client profiles and queues.
• Apply unused tickets to maximize savings.
• Ensure lowest, logical fares and accommodations.
• Resolve traveler service issues promptly.
• Collaborate to meet client policy and procedures.
