Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA)

Responsibilities

• Project manage key workstreams to facilitate annual planning and business reporting processes across worldwide grocery operations
• Prepare narratives for internal and senior leadership reviews (QBR, PBR, Program Reviews)
• Frame strategic choices with data, collect insights, drive recommendations, and measure execution of enterprise strategy
• Deconstruct business issues and develop strategic/financial analyses informed by external trends
• Prepare executive-ready deliverables and align with key stakeholders
• Build trust and partnerships with leaders across the organization
