You will collaborate with the finance and fundraising teams to ensure efficient grant management and data integrity, reporting to the Grants Finance Team Lead.

The role emphasizes system improvements (Salesforce, Power BI) and strong stakeholder engagement across the organization, with a focus on outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting with grants management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for grants
• Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for grant management
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
• Adept communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Language: English
