Job summary

Nebius is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for global data centers. You will negotiate with OEMs/ODMs, create dashboards to track progress, and coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in server hardware procurement and are fluent in English, with hands-on experience in fast-paced AI infrastructure environments and NetSuite/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in server / data center hardware procurement.
• Direct experience working with ODM/OEM manufacturers.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Ability to quickly understand technical infrastructure requirements.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds.
• Negotiate directly with OEM/ODM vendors.
• Create dashboards and reports to track tasks and deadlines.
• Oversee cost optimization, supply constraints, and vendor escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
• Support post-go-live procurement to maintain zero-disruption operations.
