F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Global Good Program Manager to shape and scale the company’s social impact initiatives. You will lead the Global Good grant committees, workplace giving, and volunteering programs across a global workforce, driving measurable community impact.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external grantmakers, craft governance and reporting frameworks, and tell compelling stories about program outcomes. This role is hybrid, based in Seattle, WA.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing CSR, social impact, and/or employee engagement programs at a global scale.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across dispersed locations and time zones.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to drive program visibility and participation.

• Lead end-to-end execution of F5 Global Good grant committees and related processes.
• Oversee workplace giving and volunteering programs, including platform governance and enhancements.
• Collaborate with external partners for vetting, due diligence, and grant disbursements.
• Develop and track metrics to quantify impact and report insights to leadership.
