Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc is seeking a strategic Global Good Program Manager to lead our employee engagement and social impact programs globally.

You will steer workplace giving, volunteering, and the Global Good Grant Committees, collaborating with partners across nearly 50 countries to maximize measurable impact.

The role requires 6+ years in CSR or employee engagement, strong cross-functional leadership, and platform experience with Benevity; Seattle-based, full-time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing CSR, social impact, and/or employee engagement programs with a track record of scaling initiatives.
• Global employee volunteer program experience and ability to manage platforms, systems, and policies.
• Cross-functional leadership to align and inspire a distributed, global workforce.
• Future-focused mindset with awareness of trends in workplace giving and volunteering technology.
• Strong communication and storytelling to drive program visibility and enthusiasm.
• Experience developing program policies to ensure integrity, compliance, and scalability.
• Hands-on with Benevity or similar workplace giving/volunteering platforms is a strong asset.
• Active personal or professional community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for F5’s grant committees, from application cycles to award facilitation.
• Coordinate with external grantmakers to manage vetting, due diligence, and disbursements.
• Administer and evolve workplace giving and volunteering programs (Benevity experience preferred).
• Evolve the volunteering and employee engagement portfolio continuously.
• Design and scale skills-based volunteer programs leveraging employee expertise.
• Track outcomes to quantify impact and highlight contributions through storytelling.
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
