Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing CSR, social impact, or employee engagement programs.
• Experience scaling initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Global employee volunteer programs experience with platforms and policies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for F5’s grant committees from applications to awards.
• Administer and evolve workplace giving and volunteering initiatives (Benevity preferred).
• Design and scale skills-based volunteerism leveraging employee expertise.
• Track engagement metrics and deliver insights to leadership.
