Cardinal Health is seeking a Director of Medical Product Manufacturing IT to oversee GMPD applications across global plants and related systems, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment. You'll lead a team of 20–30, collaborate with executives, vendors, and partners, and shape the future state portfolio to meet manufacturing goals.

The role requires strong business partnering, portfolio management, and experience directing run/build services with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in medical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor direct reports.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of applications including strategy development, build and run.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of 20 to 30 and align IT strategies with business goals.
• Develop and communicate business strategies for GMPD function.
• Manage communications with multiple clients.
• Coach and mentor the IT team.
• Oversee cross-departmental IT projects and new requirements.
• Manage run and build services with vendors.
• Develop RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.
• Oversee budgets for applications portfolio.
