Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in medical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor direct reports and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of applications including strategy development, build and run.
• Capability to successfully execute multiple development teams including both internal resources and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of the device manufacturing business and/or understanding of supply chain management, sourcing or product development.
• Develop and communicate Business Relevant Strategies for a specific business function.
• Manage communications with multiple clients.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for team with multiple managers and teammates.
• Develop and manage the staff both technically and functionally.
• Work with other IT areas on cross-departmental/inter-company projects and new application requirements.
• Understand how to run and maintain an application portfolio.
• Manage the development of RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.
• Must be able to manage financial and project budgets.
