Qualifications

• 15+ years leading multi-departmental clinical or analytical laboratories.
• Proficiency in analytical, bioanalytical or clinical chemistry platforms and methodologies.
• Expert business knowledge with cross-functional collaboration across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership to laboratory services and ensures quality assurance.
• Drives continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and business systems.
• Partners with Business Development to grow revenue and optimize costs.
• Manages budget, forecasts, and operating plans; reports to senior leadership.
• Leads strategic planning, space allocation, and capital projects globally.
• Oversees HR, facilities, SOPs/PDs, and regulatory compliance.
