Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced geospatial analytics leader to design and implement enterprise-wide AI guardrails and governance for spatial data. You will drive map-based insights and decision support using M365 Copilot and Dynamics 365 Copilot, transforming complex spatial data into actionable guidance for global operations.

Qualifications

• Nine to twelve years of progressive experience in geospatial analysis or location intelligence roles.
• Advanced proficiency with M365 Copilot for automation of documentation, queries and narrative reporting in spatial analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot to enrich customer data and optimize geo-enabled processes.
• Strong knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial statistics, and cartographic principles using industry tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment with cross-location collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex geospatial analysis initiatives that convert multidimensional spatial data into insights for global markets.
• Drive design and optimization of map-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency and resource allocation.
• Oversee development of geospatial models and spatial data layers aligned with enterprise standards.
• Leverage Copilot capabilities to automate data exploration, documentation, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable steps for planning and societal impact.
• Provide guidance on spatial data governance including metadata standards and data quality checks.
• Coordinate creation of interactive map dashboards and narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Implement scalable processes for ingesting, cleaning, and transforming diverse geospatial data sources.
• Evaluate emerging geospatial tools and AI features to maintain a forward-looking tech stack.
• Document workflows and data lineage to ensure reproducibility and audit readiness.
• Mentor junior analysts on spatial methodologies and responsible automation.
