Job summary

Cyber Advisors LLC seeks an experienced AI & Data Governance Engineer to help mid-market clients adopt AI with strong governance, security, and compliance controls. The role focuses on Purview, Copilot, and data protection across Microsoft 365/Azure environments.

Ideal candidates will lead executive discussions, conduct technical workshops, and deliver governance programs, with exposure to Azure AI Services and industry frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Purview.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Information Protection, DLP, and retention.
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and governance controls.
• Familiarity with Copilot governance and AI risk management.
• Knowledge of regulatory/security frameworks (NIST, GLBA, HIPAA, SOX).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI readiness assessments and governance engagements for mid-sized orgs.
• Facilitate executive workshops on AI adoption, governance, security, and transformation.
• Develop AI governance roadmaps, policies, and operating models.
• Provide guidance on responsible AI usage, risk management, and compliance.
• Design controls for prompt security, retention, auditing, and monitoring.
