Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Databricks Genie Specialist to lead the design and execution of agentic AI workflows and enterprise copilots.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver next‑generation AI automation in complex business processes. You will build Genie agents, architect AI systems, and implement retrieval pipelines across enterprise data sources, APIs, and SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or AI automation
• Hands-on project experience with Databricks Genie, agentic AI, LLM orchestration
• Strong knowledge of Spark, Delta Lake, Python, SQL
• Experience building workflow automation or enterprise copilots
• Experience with LangChain agents, Mosaic AI, or LlamaIndex (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build Genie agents for workflow automation, copilots, and enterprise tasks.
• Design agentic AI architectures using Databricks Workflows, Delta Lake, and Genie pipelines.
• Implement retrieval pipelines, context orchestration, and multi‑agent systems.
• Integrate Genie agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, SaaS tools).
• Optimize agent performance, reliability, and safety.
• Build monitoring dashboards for agent behavior, drift, and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high‑quality data inputs.
• Work with product teams to design user‑facing AI experiences.
