Job summary

Eaton’s GEIS division seeks a General Manager for Airport Lighting Products, onsite at Windsor, CT. Salary range $165,000–$242,000 with eligible variable incentive; relocation within the United States is provided.

The role leads global business development, sales, product management, operations, and finance to grow the ALP business unit, partnering with regional teams to expand market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ten years of professional experience in a multi-plant manufacturing organization with at least five years in leadership roles.
• Five years of Product Line Management and/or Operations experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the annual strategic growth and operating plan aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all business and functional support operations; drive process standardization and performance metrics.
• Accountable for full-profit center performance.
• Ensure operational execution and financial performance to meet the profit plan.
• Drive growth opportunities for FAA US market and ICAO international opportunities.
• Lead operations, supply chain and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
