Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s GEIS division seeks a General Manager for Airport Lighting Products in Windsor, CT. The role is onsite with relocation support and a strong focus on global market growth, product leadership, and profitability across FAA and ICAO opportunities.

The incumbent will lead a global, cross-functional team responsible for business development, sales, R&D, operations, and finance, delivering sustained growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of multi-plant manufacturing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• 5+ years of Product Line Management and/or Operations experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the annual strategic growth and operating plan for the ALP business unit.
• Lead business and functional support operations with standardized processes and metrics.
• Accountable for full-profit center performance and financial delivery.
• Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability for FAA (US) and ICAO (international) opportunities.
• Oversee operations, supply chain and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster a high-performance culture and cross-functional collaboration.
