Job summary

Eftsure seeks a General Counsel to lead global legal, risk and compliance for its fast-scaling SaaS fraud prevention platform. You will advise the CEO, Board and executive team while shaping privacy, regulatory and governance programs across the US, APAC and Europe.

This role requires hands-on leadership, deep data privacy expertise, and the ability to scale legal operations to support international growth while balancing risk and speed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ post‑qualification legal experience, including significant in‑house experience, ideally within SaaS, fintech or technology.
• Juris Doctor (JD), or regional equivalent, from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one US state.
• Admission in California, Texas, New York or Florida preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted legal and strategic advisor to the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead Legal, Risk and Compliance across the United States, APAC and Europe.
