Job summary

Catholic Relief Services seeks a Senior Advisor, GCF Pipeline and Capture Lead to drive the global Green Climate Fund pipeline from early ideas to proposal readiness.

You will provide enterprise leadership on donor intelligence, governance, and resource planning, enabling country teams with guidance and tools. The role emphasizes scalable processes and cross-functional collaboration across climate funds.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and web conferencing tools.
• Experience transferring knowledge through training, mentoring, and other methods.
• Excellent writing, synthesis, facilitation, and judgment skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking connecting donor intelligence, capabilities, and pipeline decisions.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead agency position for GCF, FRLD, and GEF with the CFSU director.
• Lead intelligence gathering, priorities, and funding windows.
• Maintain CRS' global GCF pipeline and readiness for Board submissions.
• Clarify roles of regional focal points, proposal coordinators, technical leads, country programs, and reviewers.
• Onboard CRS staff and consultants to pipeline coordination and support.
• Develop learning from GCF engagement and feed back into processes.
• Represent pipeline in planning forums and engage with partners and stakeholders.
