The World Bank Group is seeking a Senior Resource Mobilization Specialist to lead fundraising and partnership activities for the LDCF and SCCF. You will coordinate donor engagement, analyze funding opportunities, and develop strategies to mobilize resources for climate adaptation programs in developing countries.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in climate finance, environmental finance, development finance, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in resource mobilization, climate finance, development finance, or international partnerships management.
- Familiarity with GEF-managed funds (LDCF/SCCF) is strongly preferred.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate resource mobilization for the LDCF and SCCF by articulating needs and organizing fundraising efforts and donor engagement.
- Develop and implement a forward-looking resource mobilization strategy with time-bound targets and milestones.
- Prepare documents and briefing materials for GEF Council and management and coordinate external engagement.
