Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You’ll design operating models, drive transformation programs, and partner with C-suite stakeholders to deliver measurable value for global clients.

In this role, you will shape go-to-market strategies, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor teams while developing sector-specific offerings and alliances, including AI-enabled and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in finance transformation, shared services, outsourcing advisory
• Experience leading large-scale finance transformation or ERP implementations
• Ability to manage engagement economics, teams, and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance improvement
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple processes and functions
• Coach and develop high-performing teams, manage budgets and timelines
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building
• Represent the practice at industry conferences and executive forums
