Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead a global IPT focused on turbine blades and vanes within Large Gas Turbines R&D. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across regions to deliver integrated engine-level solutions.

You will drive aerodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical design activities, manage risks, and ensure project milestones, budget compliance, and technical satisfaction for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading R&D initiatives spanning aerodynamics, heat transfer, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and service support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a global Integrated Product Team (IPT) developing turbine blades and vanes within Large Gas Turbines R&D.
• Guide and mentor IPT members in aerodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical design to achieve project objectives.
• Manage interfaces with manufacturing, service, technology, and other engineering domains to meet technical specifications and schedule.
