Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• 3+ years of experience operating large overseas gaming communities (Discord).
• Experience with shooter/competitive game genres is preferred.
• Strong communication and execution skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Chinese language proficiency is required for daily coordination with teams in China.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate overseas gaming communities (Discord) and develop community strategies.
• Oversee scheduling, publishing, and performance evaluation of game content within the community.
