Job summary

NetEase, a leading internet technology company, seeks to manage and operate overseas communities for multiple game titles across Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok and Discord. You will develop community strategies, manage content calendars, plan activities, and monitor player sentiment to support international launches.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Mandarin, with additional languages a plus, and tailor content to European and North American players while aligning with local trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required due to collaboration with regional teams including China.
• Additional language such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of European and North American cultures and player audiences.
• Experience playing open-world games on PC or console is preferred.
• Strong execution, communication, and coordination skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate overseas communities for multiple game titles across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and Discord.
• Develop community strategies, manage content calendars, plan community activities, and monitor player sentiment.
• Build the foundational community framework for new game launches in international markets, driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and community health.
• Plan and execute online and offline community activities, manage campaigns end-to-end, and track performance.
