Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming, a leader in gaming entertainment, seeks a Project Manager to drive flawless execution across our portfolio. You will coordinate studio teams with Product, Commercial, and Marketing, and partner with Delivery to ensure alignment and transparency.

With 2+ years in game development and 4+ years in PM, you’ll own cross-functional portfolios, develop robust reporting, and help onboard new studios. A Bachelor's degree and PMP/Agile certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in game development or digital production; 4+ years in PM.
• Proven success coordinating complex, cross-functional portfolios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communicator with ability to influence senior collaborators.
• Collaborative teammate with integrity and strong cross-functional relationships.
• Skilled in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Discretion with sensitive information; results-driven and adaptable.
• PMP, Agile or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between studio teams and Product, Commercial, and Marketing.
• Foster collaboration with Program Management & Delivery teams for alignment.
• Support onboarding and integration of new studios, tools, and technologies.
• Manage enterprise-level portfolio reviews and achievement check-ins.
• Ensure project alignment with development partners and report progress to leadership.
• Support recovery efforts and remove impediments to team success.
• Develop reporting systems to track health, roadmap commitments, and delivery metrics.
• Monitor ROI and assess impact of strategic decisions.
• Coordinate scalable operational processes and studio-wide guidelines.
• Lead IP/trademarking onboarding and studio onboarding to new platforms.
• Studio intake, FY road mapping, prioritization, and triage.
• Manage studio operations for Digital gaming business.
