Qualifications

4+ years of project management, program coordination, or business operations experience.
Experience within software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear updates.
Experience managing high-volume intake workflows with meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational execution of key global workflows, anchoring the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance strategy across Zynga games.
Bridge creative game studios and corporate teams to review terms, manage vendor proposals, and ensure alignment with standards.
Maintain tracking ecosystems (databases, software clearances, usage records, contracts) and drive proactive compliance initiatives.
Evolve operational pipelines to drive efficiency and balance innovative pipelines with governance.
Provide project management support for ad-hoc studio operations initiatives, including software migrations and tool rollouts.
