The candidate will own end-to-end workflows like the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance, acting as the central liaison between game studios and centralized corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management, program coordination, or business operations experience in software, gaming, or compliance settings.
• Strong ability to build trust and collaboration across cultures and disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex requirements into updates.
• Experience managing high-volume intake workflows and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership of global workflows, starting with the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance.
• Bridge between creative game studios and corporate teams to align terms and standards.
• Maintain tracking ecosystems, contracts, and vendor proposals to mitigate risk and ensure data integrity.
• Evolve operational pipelines and leverage tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, Jira/Confluence to improve efficiency.
