Zynga, the global leader in mobile games, is seeking a full-time Manager, Business Operations Admonetization to oversee cross-functional workflows, including the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance. You will coordinate between game studios and corporate teams (Publishing, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, Engineering) to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management, program coordination, or business operations experience.
• Ability to earn trust, empower teams, and build collaborations across cultures, disciplines, and work styles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills; translate complex legal or technical requirements into data-driven updates.
• Experience managing high-volume intake workflows with approvals and meticulous documentation.
• Proactive, autonomous operator who can manage competing priorities and drive results.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Airtable, and Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program ownership for global workflows, starting with the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance strategy.
• Bridge studios and corporate teams to review terms, manage vendor proposals, and align on standards.
• Maintain tracking ecosystems and drive proactive compliance initiatives.
• Evolve operational pipelines and leverage tools, including AI, to streamline workflows.
• Provide project management support for studio operations, migrations, tool rollouts, and M&A integration.
