The role requires strong organization, ability to work independently, and collaboration with funds, investors and internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes. Some tasks may include ad-hoc reporting, system testing, and supporting fund launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1-2 years of industry experience preferred in Alternative Fund Administration or financial operations.
• Extended hours may be required during fund launches, system changes, or peak cycles (month-end, year-end, tax season).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team to manage daily work volume.
• Process investor data quickly and accurately.
• Take on ad-hoc and system-generated reporting for funds, channels, and Fidelity groups.
• Partner with funds, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end processes.
• Engage in IR team projects including fund launches and onboarding, system testing, etc.
• Identify and mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
