Position Title:

Associate

Position Description:

The BREP Investor Reporting team supports investors in our BREP investment vehicles as part of the Global Fund Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review responses to investor information requests, providing portfolio and financial data.
• Coordinate with fund accounting, investor services, legal, tax, and finance teams to gather information for investor reports and inquiries.
• Maintain the investor request database and track inquiry statuses in BX Nexus.
• Distribute general correspondence with investors and handle internal requests.
• Assist in preparing quarterly investor reports and related materials.
• Collaborate daily with team members and the Center of Excellence to manage LP inquiries.
• Communicate effectively to troubleshoot issues and participate in process improvements.
• Support maintenance of investor data on BXAccess portal.
• Interface with various internal teams to evaluate new investor requests for consistency.
• Assist in onboarding new funds, reviewing organizational documents.
• Oversee offshore team members’ work as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes.
• Work with Legal & Compliance to ensure adherence to fund terms.
• Manage timely updates of investor information.
• Support the fund accounting team with operational tasks like wire instructions and follow-ups.
• Assist with investor audit requests and legal processing of LP transfers and changes.
• Support quarterly LP performance reporting and prepare corporate reporting deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years in private equity, preferably private equity experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High integrity, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

Expected annual base salary: $120,000 - $150,000, determined by experience and location. Additional benefits and compensation may apply.
