Hamilton Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer based in the United States to architect and develop high quality scalable full stack solutions. The role involves building APIs for portfolio aggregation, automating SDLC processes, and improving reliability and performance across applications and infrastructure.

You will work with C#, Python 3, Docker, and orchestration tools in a hybrid environment, collaborating across teams to deliver robust software for a global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and Python 3.
• Experience with Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with algorithms and data structures.
• Experience using Git in a team.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools.
• Willingness to work full stack across technologies and languages.
• Understanding of Agile SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high quality scalable solutions with a full stack approach.
• Take ownership, develop ideas and deliver results to support users and the team.
• Design and architect internal APIs for portfolio aggregation and reporting.
• Automate daily processes and reduce manual tasks in the SDLC.
