Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience in building large-scale software applications.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, MCP.
• Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering and best practices.
• Experience in building web applications.
• Demonstrated programming expertise in Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong object-oriented programming and enterprise design principles.
• Experience with SOA concepts and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Experience with AWS Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI and AgenticAI offerings leveraging AWS on the FAST Policy Administration Platform.
• Lead design and implementation of AI-based solutions for the insurance industry.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to grow technical skills.
• Build scalable distributed solutions across the full stack for fast, reliable user experiences.
• Develop new features and infrastructure aligned with SaaS objectives.
• Ensure performance, uptime, and high-quality code design.
