Job summary

Döhler is seeking a detail-oriented Full-Cycle Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and the complete AP/AR cycles. You will maintain internal controls, support audits, and optimize cash flow in a global ingredient and nutrition organization.

Responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, GL maintenance, and vendor/intercompany invoicing. The role requires 3+ years of experience and proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Sage, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, GL, AP, and AR.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage; advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of financial statements in accordance with standards and policies.
• Manage general ledger maintenance and sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Implement and enforce internal controls to ensure data integrity and prevent fraud.
• Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors and provide documentation.
• Analyze financial data and deliver actionable insights to management.
