Job summary

DöhlerGroup in Princeton, NJ, seeks a detail-oriented Full-Cycle Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR cycles, financial reporting, and internal controls within a global ingredients business.

You will support audits, optimize cash flow, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP. A growth-oriented environment with competitive compensation awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, GL management, AP, and AR.
• Proficiency in modern accounting software and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
• Solid understanding of GAAP or applicable accounting standards.
• Strong analytical mindset, organized, detail-oriented, and effective cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and general accounting.
• Manage daily GL tasks and reconciliations.
• Maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare required documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Oversee AP processes, vendor management, and cash flow optimization.
• Lead AR activities including billing, collections, and intercompany reconciliations.
