Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in customer service, order management, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and operational reporting tools.
• Data-driven decision making with advanced analytics skills.
• Global/supplier collaboration across time zones and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 4-5 person team responsible for customer service and order management.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment across channels (email, EDI, ERP).
• Monitor order status, delivery, inventory, and customer commitments.
• Resolve issues with internal/external stakeholders and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Drive analytics and process improvements, supporting ERP projects and S&OP.
