Job summary

WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Specialist to join our Seattle-area warehouse. You will ensure accurate order processing, maintain inventory integrity, and support timely shipping while upholding safety and quality standards.

This in-person role requires exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend and overtime work may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping partners for domestic and international shipments.
• Assist loading/unloading trucks and maintain clean, organized warehouse.
• Communicate across departments to handle time-sensitive issues and priorities.
• Must be willing to work weekends and/or overtime when required.
