Job summary

WatchGuard Technologies seeks a meticulous Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team. You will ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Expected duties include handling domestic and international shipments, using shipping software, and maintaining records with MS Office and NetSuite. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and weekend/overtime availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Proven ability to handle orders, inventory, and packing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate order fulfillment with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Process domestic and international shipments using UPS, DHL, FedEx, and LTL software.
• Assist with inventory transactions and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare and pack orders, ensuring proper documentation for shipments.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve time-sensitive issues and priorities.
• Support loading/unloading and warehouse housekeeping as needed.
